I dream of cake stands in every color. On my recent trip to the eclectic town of Venice, CA I walked past Bountiful on Abbot Kinney and it was love at first site. Cake stands stacked 6-8 high! They were all stunning. I can never run out of ways to use and display a cake stand. I added to my collection with a small white porcelain one with scalloped edges but I could have left with them all. When I do decide to use it to display a cake I attempt to make I will look to the lovely lavender cake for inspiration...Looks easy right?
